Owned and operated by brother and sister partnership of Eugene Chua and Agnes Chua Yoshikawa, our business dealings demonstrates the competency and creativity as we proclaim ourselves as the upscale sushi purveyor in Chicago. After ten years living and working in Los Angeles, we headed to Chicago where we promptly formed A-One Food Service in 1996. We catered sushi bento and Japanese food to high end grocery stores such as Byerly’s, Wholefoods, Treasure Island and Sunset Foods. Under this umbrella, we grew to catering to hotels, country clubs, health clubs, and massive corporate accounts throughout the Chicagoland, Houston and Los Angeles.
We opened Ringo by Hemmi, our newest venture partnering with Chicago renowned Japanese chef, Hemmi Toyoji in authentic Japanese dishes Ringo Japanese Restaurant, a Lincoln Park sushi gem for your everyday sushi
